Here is a very interesting Canoe knife...I didnt know they came in wood handles.
https://deadwoodknives.com/p-ca53307-case-xx-smooth-curly-oak-wood-canoe-stainless-pocket-kn
The Canoe pattern goes back to the 1890s, and is a true classic. It is an excellent size, just about 3.5 inches long closed, and even though it carries 2 blades, it is very thin. The bolsters would be excellent for engraving our logo at well as a number on the opposing bolster.
I also see they now make a GunBoat, which is a Canoe with 3 blades. The blade combinations are excellent. |

Partial to the TrapperLock, RussLock or Canoe with water buffalo scales. Prefer no engraving on the blades.
I guess 3 or 4 would be my count.
Thanks in advance,
Chuck |

I prefer something like the original with engraving on the blade, with brass end caps maybe. Whatever you decide, I'll take at least two. |

2nd the canoe style. Classic, natural bone first color/material choice, smooth ultraviolet bone (purple) second choice. |

I like the blade on the Russlock, I like blade that are less bulky and tend to allow more finesse, like a scapel.
Smooth black, but color and handle that would show off the 16ga engraving best.

I’d take one to help the cause. If I had a choice, I prefer the following:
1. Logo engraved or badged on grip. The 16ga shell badge, ie round bottom of brass with shell designation, would look cool there. My personal tastes steer away from printed artwork on blades.
2. ButterBean, tear drop, canoe, or the bird hunter.
3. Bone scales, amber or chestnut.
Are we thinking ballpark < $100 each? |

Wahoo,
I like the idea with the 16ga shell head...that's a great idea. Yes, I would not be surprises at ~100bucks, but I could see it as less depending on the Pattern.
Everyone: I have not received any communication concerning the 16ga Trademark logo. I am not giving up on getting permission, but if it comes down to it, I do like the above posted idea of a 16ga shell head. That would look fantastic.
Ok, keep it coming fellas! |

Fellers,
Here is a very possible idea...we could add engraving to the front Bolsters of the Trademark (if permitted) or the Shotgun Shell Head as mentioned earlier.
https://www.smkw.com/case-persimmon-orange-jigged-bone-copperlock
The Mini-CopperLock is an excellent size and very slender. The Bolsters are very nice for engraving due to thier shape. This is an excellent size for small game and birds/waterfowl. |

It’s not a Trapper , but I could slum it. Prefer smooth orange persimmon bone over jigged.
Pic of th Copperlock in Danny’s link above.
