Fellas,

I'm back.

I'm sorry for disappearing etc...elderly parent medical needs totally overwhelmed all aspects of life for my little family trio here in MI...things are turning around, and I'm back to chat.

If anyone messaged about my Guns listed....I'm sorry...everything got liquified for Mom and Dad...I'm starting all over again. I got far more money than they were worth from my buddy who owns the LGS, he did that just to help.

Looking forward to catching up!

Good luck with the family issues...and good luck starting over. Overwhelming and exciting at the same time I'm sure.

F2F...

The ONLY guns I kept were my great grandfathers 1926 Savage 99F takedown .300, also his 1956 Savage 775a 16ga, with 3 barrels, my dads personal 1968 Browning Auto-5 20ga with 2 barrels, and my 1969 Browning T-Bolt .22 with a custom stock that my dad made (it's really nice!)

Yup....all just STUFF really though...no way around it.

Compound ALL of the family stuff with a no-pay customer (to the tune of 7500.00+...) and that puts me, a micro business owner, in exceptionally bad circumstances.
Thankfully, I have a stellar reputation and have always stepped forth for others over my needs, and in return, I had such an outpouring of help financially and emotionally from all of those folks, that I got thru it unscathed and financially stable (no extra money, but not in debt either!)

ALSO, there were many members on here that reached out as well, and even if I didnt get a chance to respond, I got you PMs, emails, etc...and those things got me throght the worst of it

THANKS TO EVERYONE on 16ga....you guys, once again, have proven that the 16ga is THE GENTLEMANS GAUGE.

Glad things are settling down for you and it sounds like you have a nice collection of family guns. Best of luck to you.

Good Hunting,

OP,
Glad you have been able to hang in there and weather the storm thus far. Sounds like you have stayed on the right track, as hard as that can get some time. Everything here is recreational, family and livelihood come first for certain. Best of luck with the follow through.

im in the same boat. only difference is my parents are 500 miles from me and I must commute to take care of them. I know what youre going thru. be strong. welcome back.
btw....I hope you don't fall into the same problem I fell into.
as much as liked to think people were my friends, when it came down to selling guns....it still boiled down to people looking to steal them, rather than to pay their worth and help me with my family needs.
mankind can be cruel. good luck with your sales
