cant help noticing fps is on the increase for all shells in 12ga. most are leaning more towards hunting velocities. |

Shot my last 5 boxes of 7.5, 11/8, 1050's today shooting sporting clays. I loved these low recoil shells- easy on the shoulder and my Double Auto twentweight would cycle these every time. Hope they come back! |

Hope so too, but from what I saw I wouldn't bet on it . |

That's what the guy at our local Cabela's told me when he saw me looking at the rack. Saw 12's & 20's only; all the 12ga stuff was way too stiff for anything I own; the 20's at 1200fps might work. |

I received a bass pro/cabelas catalog in the mail a week or so ago. It has 4 16ga loads listed in print. I can’t find them online.
Herter’s select dove and quail load, all loads 1oz and 1165fps in either 6, 7.5 or 8. Made in USA.
Item #
42-2710687(8 shot)
42-2710689(7.5 shot)
42-2710691(6 shot)
Herter’s select pheasant load, 1 1/8oz at 1280fps 5 shot only.
Made in USA
Item #
42-2710325 |

Yes, they have them listed but at that price I don't see many takers.
Even worse is the only 28ga load that they show is 1oz 0f 8's for $15.99/25. A full oz. in 28 ga would be for pheasants and should be 6's or 5's |

Yeah, not a great price anymore (unless they go on sale) and 16 ga. is the only one currently not in stock (backorderable). |

I like purple shells but at that price, I think a lot of shooters will be using Remington Game Loads. |
