| < 16ga. Ammunition & Reloading ~ Federal steel? |

Stopped at my local gun shop and he’s has about a case of Federal #2 steel in the red box and has 1/2 English and 1/2 French Canadian writing.
Any info is appreciated. |

| I didn't realize they offered Ultra Shock steel shot (red box) in 16 ga. My experience with the stuff in 12 ga (bought a case at a price I couldn't refuse several years ago) was all good. That would be an outstanding goose load for 16 ga. |

Bought a box to try. Cut one open, they measure 7/8oz of #2 shot.
Not too many pellets in there...
