The new 16ga A5 in synthetic would be awesome. I really like synthetic guns for waterfowl. A couple years ago, I slipped on a rock and went over with my gun in my hand. A synthetic Beretta 12 ga. Got home took it apart and just flushed everything with hot water to rinse out the sand from the bottom of the waterhole. Re-oiled and we were good to go the next day. |

I would buy one in a heartbeat. Be great tool for teal especially if they could create the 3" version with a decent steel load at high velocity. Even be ok for big ducks if they are cooperating with the decoys. |

I would be all over that as well. I feel like the 3” 16 gauge could make a nice steel load that could compete with the 12 gauge for decoying ducks. I hunt ducks now with my Citori but it would be nice to not worry so much about getting it messed up. Let’s just hope the waterfowl load isn’t another anemic load with less than an ounce of shot. Hell even if it is, just the fact that another company is planning 16 gauge projects makes me happy. |

Well, if nothing else the length of the ejection port is certainly long enough! Lay a spent 2.75 inch hull next to it and note the extra space! |

If you roll crimped a 2 3/4 shell. Suspect you could close to a 3 in payload. But if I’m going to reload for waterfowl shells Im likely to use bismuth, or tungsten. |
