I just ordered extend choke tubes (Trulock) from the Franchi website for $35 a piece. Additionally, Briley manufacturing is advertising that they can make any constriction choke in flush or extended if you send them a choke tube as a model (any choke constriction will work). I may do that for my new A5.

Browning offers a good range of the 16ga Invertor DS chokes, full, Imod, Mod, Lmod, IC, skeet, and cylinder
$45 each, that's got to be a better price than custom made.
