df,
I am a big fan of Browning Citori guns, had a 28/20 Combo gun for many many years and shot lot of clays with the 28. I sold the gun to invest in another pre 13, 20 gauge L.C. Smith that I wanted. If you are a Grouse, Woodcock and Mearns Quail hunter the L.C. Smith 20 gauge guns are very serious stuff. Having owned lots of different guns, to me there is nothing like a sub-gauge L.C. Smith Graded gun, the swing, balance and weight of the gun in the field is just incredible, and the gun becomes an extension of your body. I like my Citori Combo gun very much, but not enough to Grouse, Woodcock and Quail hunt with it. However for clays, a beautiful gun that I had absolutely no problems with.
I Shoot clays with a stack barrel Browning and hunt birds with a serious L.C. Smith SXS double gun.
