Buddy of mine just caught the 16 bore flu, he's looking for a conversion kit for a Sizemaster. All the usual vendors are out.

Hello,
Been there... He may have to "create his own" conversion.
On ebay, at the moment, he can buy the 16 gauge collet and then pick up a 16 gauge "600 conversion" kit for the remaining stations.
Just a thought.
It worked for me.
Collet - 100808016
There will be a challenge with the Reprime Punch, but you could probaby buy that separately...or look for a 20 gauge version.
Kind of a frankenstein approach.
I used a 600 jr for the 16 for a long time. then I found the 16 gauge Sizemaster dies and ... after a while of sitting on those dies, I did find a sizemaster press that I was able to convert. Kind of backwards, but it worked for me.
The parts list are located on MECs site. https://www.mecoutdoors.com/sizemaster-parts
Hope that helps.
