With proper specifications in the design I see no reason that they could not be 3D printed.

3D printed items are not that smooth, maybe if you finished the ID with a reamer. Static might also be an issue unless made from a static dissipating material.

I just got the new ballistic products catalog the other day. On the cover they are advertising a pre order for a new adjustable mec charge bar for around $60.

I just checked their website but didnt see any thing on there.

I'd rather go this route.

I have the MEC adjustable charging bars in both my 12 and 16 gauge presses, they are definitely better than bushings. Only way to get more accuracy is to weigh each charge, and ain't nobody's got time for that when it comes to shotgun loads, unless you're trying to prove something out.
