Cool gun. I have pondered such things once or twice. I thought about 16 ga. barrels for my Win 23 20 ga. (not happening, planning on total refinish and then selling). I also have long wanted a "light weight" 10 gauge in the 7 1/2- 8lb. range. I have an L.C. Smith Specialty grade receiver that I pondered building custom barrels for...but dang is that a lot of work!

Glad you were able to make your idea come to fruition. I bet that gun shoots nice and gentle all day long.

Awesome, I always liked the look of the 3200.Never expected in a 16. Can we see some pics of your one of a kind? Sounds brilliant.

The 16 gauge 3200 looks just like a regular 12 gauge 3200 on the outside.
I started with these

The only thing that I did is fit the barrel hanger,
machine in the Lothar-Walther 16 gauge chamber inserts,
cut the inserts to accept the ejectors,
make 16 gauge ejectors.
Fit the barrels to the receiver, and now choke the barrels at 17mm.
