This don't have anything about shotguns but. Have anyone found a source for any rifle primers? Large or small. Just curious.

Scheels in KC had CCI small rifle last week. $69.99/1000. First I’d seen since 2020. Had some 209s for the same price. Didn’t need them that bad. Hope you find some.

If you live near a Scheel’s check them regularly. During the entire craziness they have gotten more primers in than anyplace else I know of. Don’t know how or why.

I don’t need any, but have seen SR and LR primers at local Scheels, fairly often.

check out Genix, made in Bosnia, bought 5k small pistol and 1k small rifle for $80 per 1k at the gun show in Louisville, they are also on line for about the same price. I sized and primed some and they all went bang, a little tight when seating.

I stopped at LLBean's mothership the other evening.
They had Federal small rifle match primers: $149.99 the brick.
Also 3031 powder, $64.99 for a 1 lb jar.

Lots of high-priced shotgun ammo, including what might be the last RST 28 ga 2.5 inch shells still in the wild. $34.99 the box.
Lots of high-priced rifle ammo, too.

No, I didn't buy any. Got a pound of 4350 at a gun show today. $25.

Those prices seem stiff even for an LL Beans store- but maybe I'm just behind the times.

Those were the prices on the products.

Large rifle primers are the scarcest thing for over a yr . Have not seen any anywhere except the GB gougers . None of the distributers have had any !
