Hey fellas,
This might be something worth considering? If nothing else it gives the 16 gunners from North Tx a place to try. http://greystonecastle.com/index.htm Phone 800 399 3006.
I have not been to Greystone myself but hear from others it's a first class place. If we pull it off as some good advertising for the 16ga Society they may give you a break on the price. Need to make sure the 16ga Society is ok with that. You don't have to stay at their accomdations, this would save some money. I've been told their pen raised birds are very good, five stand and sporting clays courses are great.
Would make the drive from Houston, Tx to join in with the rest of you 16 crazies.

Mike,
I'm in Richardson (Dallas suburb), and this would be an easy drive for me. Would like to know more about prices, etc. Count me in as a "big maybe".

Howdy the forum,
Well, as long as we are talking the north Texas area, here are two more to choose from. I have not been to either, so cannot vouch for them.
http://www.uplandbird.com Near Corsicana.
http://www.roughcreek.com Near Glen Rose.
I am sure that there are more.

Howdy Wingshooter,
Although I have lived in the Dallas area for most of the past 40 years, I have never shot at Elm Fork.
If you wanted some company sometime for a round of sporting clays, contact me and I'll meet you over there. Be advised, though, that I miss more than I hit.

I'm in Richardson and would love to try the Elm Fork. I haven't shot in a month of Sundays, but it might be just what I need to get me back in action, hit or miss.
