Back country skis and a fat tire bike are about the only thing maintaining my sanity right now. Weather in my part of Wyoming can be summed up as "The Spring That Never Was". |

Got about a foot more on the ground here on the farm last weekend, more coming this weekend. Problem is the ground isn't frozen, so now there's about 8-10" on snow on top of mud. Good times...
Almost 4 feet on the ground on my land up north as of yesterday, a bit of a warm up today and tomorrow and then rolling into a weekend of cold temps and LES. Could get another foot or more, you never know.
That's why I'm going snowmobiling this weekend. Maybe my last chance before the trails close at the end of the month. Braap! |

Started out in the 40's the last couple of days and made it to the 60's. Was in the 80's for the last couple of weeks.
No snow this year and for the most part pretty enjoyable. That's why I don't live in WI anymore, BUT, misery is on the way.
100 degrees with 90% humidity April though October. That's why I shouldn't live here anymore.
Just another day in Paradis! |

Been a long winter here in Flagstaff. Have had 151" of snow with all but 30" since mid Jan. We are 7" from breaking the record for the all time snowiest winter here.
But we are lucky, this is AZ and the sun is hot and does a lot of melting between the storms. But the mountain 8 miles west of me at 12,600 ft. has a 300" base at the ski lodge. They will be skiing this year until June when the snow will turn into mashed potatoes. |

Measurement went up to 44. We had 93 total all winter prior, its 45 degrees today and sunny rain tomorrow. Spring cant come fast enough. Had a bunch of turkeys I've been feeding and watching all winter hope they make a few more days. |
