This is a 16 gauge gun with a 28" barrel. It is threaded for colonial arms choke tubes. It will come with three chokes- skeet2, mod, and imp mod.
Good wood, but the bluing is thin in places and it looks like it was rubbed or scratched off on the barrel.
As I understand it, the Westernfield 60 was a licensed copy of the John Browning designed Stevens 620 which is the takedown model.

What a cool hunting gun, old school hardware store steel and walnut modernized with choke tubes to hunt all flying game. It would be an awesome duck gun with the IM choke and some Boss #5s. Also woodcock with the skeet tube. It is probably just heavy enough to shoot a bunch of clays comfortably too.
My wife bought me an Ithaca 37 with choke tubes for my 50th birthday. Do I need another..... |

That's a perfect summary of the gun and exactly why I bought it. I grew up shooting 870s, Mossberg 500s and Ithaca 37s. And those are what I prefer in a pump gun. |
