I'm hoping for a decent load for my 1925 Browning A5. I have a critter infestation. I have a 12ga.over-under but it's getting too heavy for me (old guy).
The components I have are Cheddite primed 16-65 primed purple hulls, 7/8-1 oz compatible wads, 7-1//2 or #6 lead shot and shot cards and 700x and 800x powders, plus MANY different rifle and pistol powders. I'v been reloading for 60+ years.
I also have an older Lee 16 6a press with folded crimp. I'm looking to use the components I have on hand that won't damage my 99 year old original A5.
Thanks,
John |

Thanks.I couldn't quite read the second load recipe but the first link will certainly get me a good starting place. |

Fed Hull cut to 2 9/16
CCI 209 Primer (not the magnum primer)
20grains 800x
Sg16 wad
1oz lead
6 fold crimp
1225 fps 9640 psi
The pressures are such that I would not be afraid to use any straight walled hull (Except the older style Remingtons) |

Thank you for the replies. I'm having a bad case of "I hate my computer" , but think I got it mostly figured out. |

Most times it is not the computor but us. The multi posts come from the user hitting the submit button to many times . It's a sight kwerk John hit it once and ignor the not succesfull message it will go through on the first click. |

Thanks, I kinda figured it out too late. My learning curve is vertical at times. My funky eyesight isn't helping either. |
