I have quite a bit of International Clays powder that I used in the past shooting trap and skeet. I have been trying to find some load data for its use in 16 gauge without any success. Does anyone have load data they have used or a source for load data. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, james |

Welcome! Congrats on your first post.
There is a few Clays recipes for 16 ga depending on the components & payloads you plan to use. The Claybuster & Hodgdon websites have a few. I have used it successfully in light practice loads, 3/4 & 5/8 oz, but there are some 7/8 oz loads published there as well. RFS 4th has a 1 oz load, and if you join the 16 ga low pressure group you can get a few more.
Please note that older 16 ga guns may have chambers shorter than 2-3/4”, so you would need specific info for a gun like that. |

Hodgdon has 3/4 oz load data on site. You can also roll crimp a 2 3/4 oz load after you cut 1/4in off and use that data. Use published data and instructions, I’m not an expert but have followed published information and use lots of international clays powder in 16ga 2.5 and 2.75 reloads. I Don’t use 1oz with this powder |

It’s my go to 7/8 oz powder in RGL. I’m down to my last pound 😞 |
