Here is a 16 from a French maker I've never heard of before, and he was apparently an understudy of Thomas Woodward of English fame, or perhaps borrowed his design? Not sure. This beautiful damascus 16 shoots as good as it looks, so I wanted to make sure everyone here knew about it:

Sorry I missed out on that one. Someone got a serious bargain.
And, FWIW, local French walnut like that needs to be left as is. Just my opinion. |
