You can buy spray bottles of it on Amazon.
Ranger Ready is one brand (I know because I use it) and it works well keeping ticks OFF ME. |

fourtrax57,
Thanks for the reminder to get more Ranger Ready spray, I just reordered using the Amazon special you posted, great product. A buddy of mine down Texas way turned me on to this product many yeas ago, the old cowboy no longer has to worry about purchasing it, he resides in Gods Ultra clean heaven now.
all the best,

It is truly sad to witness a neurological disorder in a dog or human for that matter that was induced from a petroleum based pharmaceutical.
If one has never observed or witnessed this event !
Just saying that critical thinking skills are involved here and Karma can be unpleasant.

Nick: Just saw this here and it feels a bit "off".
The permethrin and the Ranger Rick prophylactics are necessary because of a tick-borne disease, not a pharmaceutical. Now, you can argue the origin of that said disease all you want but not it's awful effects.
I'm also hearing that there's a new tick-borne variant in the Northeast that is far-more quickly fatal if not treated promptly? Powassan is what I think it's called? |

| Not sure, but I think you might be talking about erlichiosis from the Lone Star ticks. |

| Earlier this year I made the mistake of walking through a grassy area at the local Conservation Department shooting range and the wife and I removed 12 attached ticks from me. When I mentioned that to my Doctor while I was in on another matter, he immediately scheduled me for a tick blood panel. It came back negative on everything, but it was reassuring to know there were no issues. |

Riflemeister: Doctors here would put you on a course of doxycycline just as a precaution (testing for tick-borne diseases is spotty at best) because they carry so-many different vermin-related diseases (babesia, plasmosis, ehrlichiosis, etc.).
Do pay close attention to your bite site for a while and note any changes in your overall health. Many people suffer greatly from these pathogens and are never diagnosed. |
