[/img] And as you can see I am still in the process of learning to post pictures. The gun is a 16gamod 18E, 75cm three ring krupp steel barrels chopper lump. I shot it at local SC range and broke 38/50. It is choked very tight and the 6 lbs started taking its toll on the second bird. Hope to take a trip to western Canada this fall for prarie birds and this should work well. |

I've been looking for the very same gun. The GGCC (German gun collectors club) had one in extractor. Kirby at Vintage Doubles had one. GGCC has a nice Miller and Val Greiss. I ended up with a Grade 14 with a splinter and pistol. Didn't pay grade 17 prices though. I'm having the pistol,cheek piece removed, the stock bent, and stock and fore end refinished.
When finances recoup, I'll be looking for a Grade 17 or 18E. Or the Grade 45(US version) |
