Is there a link to the article online? I don't subscribe to the Upland Almanac. |

Terry shot a different 16 bore gun every time he shot with me at Flatwater. He's a talented wing shooter, and gave me invaluable instruction on footwork while I was there.
We need more people like Terry in our brotherhood and in the shooting sports in general. He's a darn nice guy and if you haven't read his book, give it a look. I'm adding it to my library! |

I finally got to the book store and read the article. You are right, very good and pro 16ga. Makes me realize I should stay with 7/8 oz loads out of my 20's. I also noted the 16 ga Society had an advertisement in Shooting Sportsman but not the Upland Almanac. Maybe we should switch our advertisement to the Upland Almanac. At least they are willing to publish something positive about the 16 and it might be cheaper since they only publish six issues a year. |
