So I met up with Ol'Southern Lawyer yesterday at the sporting clays field. After he and I humiliated the rest of our gunning team with our prowess. We started talking....

We agreed that we are two of the finest gunners in Arkansas, even the country. Being ever so humble we thought we should share with the rest of the 16ga. community an invite. Y'all come down and knock us off our superior shooting skills soapboxes.

We've a great sporting clays range with a very reasonable range owner. He turned on all the equipment so that we could shoot while he had to go to the dentist, and it wasn't even a standard day for him to open! Thanks Jeff!

So if any one of you is traveling to or through NW Arkansas, SW Mo. We'd love to meet up and bust some clays.

The only caveat that we have is: Remember comments about our gunning skills were created by an Attorney and a good Southern Hunter and Fishermen. Both parties have been known to stretch the truth a mite. All though our wives might call it a bold face lying. To each his own interpretation.

Well, I have no doubt about your claims. I have never known a Southerner, a lawyer, a hunter and fisherman to lie or stretch the truth. Shocked

Like Ash, I don't want to mislead anyone or lay it on too thick. BUT many of you know a southern Mo gentleman who is a AA/Master class shooter who routinely wins sporting clays tournaments all over the country. Well, this poor fellow chose to shoot with us. By station three, we had him reduced to tears. He'd just shake his head and say "they just HAD to be from Arkansas...how humiliating!"

So be forewarned y'all! Oh ye of the fragile shooting ego...

Rick

One could also infer that the Mo shooter's tears were from laughing at Arkie shooting, but we make no representation or express warranty thereon. This shooting offer void for residents of NYC, DC, Philly and all other gun-hating communist jurisdictions. If we were you, we'd move. Laughing

Oh yes, MD...many people live here!

We are all good friends of Bill and Hillary, too! Cool You can bet she will be president. Very Happy

As a sportsman and attorney, I have been promised an appointment to the job of Director of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms as soon as she gets in. Because of your attitude, we have targeted your collection for the first confiscation action for the public good. Twisted Evil You may as well not try to sell any more of your guns here, because we know where you are, and we are gonna get your guns! ALL of them! Wink

Have a nice day! Very Happy
