Well I took a friend to the Clays course at Washburn MO, and he loved it. Now he needs to find a place in IA to shoot. He lives about 35miles west of Ames. Any info would be appreciated.

How is the clay course at Washburn? I have not shot there. I have shot at Pearidge/Garfield and Bella Vista and they are nice. Hopefully your friend will have something close by where he lives. |

Thanks Mike
I've forwarded that to my friend.
Washburn is nice. The range is set up well, safe, and the hosts are very nice. Always a good time. They will open up on almost any occasion if we can get 4 shooters there, or if they are going to clear 100+. PM me and we'll go sometime.
