| I am looking for a Model 37S in 16 ga. I have owned two of these and both were 28 in mod choke. Would like to use it in the pump gun sporting clays event at next years state shoot. |

hey! That looks like MY gun! But I saw it in my gunsafe last night, so I guess Shootit's has a close relative.
Thats a very nice gun at a fair price. Bought mine about 6 months ago locally for $325. But I'd get a recoil pad for it if you're going to shoot clays. imo |

It's just an idea, as I have no idea when in the year the shoot is going to be held. Ithaca Gun Company of Upper Sandusky, OH will be making 16 gauge model 37s sometime in 2009.
I have two Ohio made 37s, one each in 12 & 20 gauge, and will attest to their high quality and "shootability". They are being made on CNC machines with tolerances of 2/1000 of an inch, have a much improved trigger pull, and I truly believe them to be the best 37s ever made.
