I have reloaded for a long time for my 12 trap guns, but I have started shooting my 16s more and more it is time to start reloading.
I'm thinking of a mec sizemaster with the short kit. All of my 16's shoot 21/2". Will the sizemaste with the short kit work for the 2 1/2"?
Is there data for the 2 1/2" RST case?
I have seen on this site people talking about the federal case being cut down. Is there good data for that one?
I like the RST 7/8oz 2 1/2" hope to save some money reloading a load that preforms close to this.
Thanks for any help you can give.

My MEC 600 Jr. works just fine with a short kit for loading 2 1/2" shells; the Sizemaster is almost the same and should work too. |

OG,
I've had the short kit on a 600jr and now on my sizemaster and it works great for 2 1/2" hulls. Would love to see the new wad of Charles' for 3/4oz loads. Get tired of dropping the pinto bean into hull for space saver!!
It would be a joy to see a STS type hull in 16ga. Wishfull thinking I specked.
