Today I found a hundred hulls that I brought east from Arizona. They are Sellier & Bellot. Anyone know who the manufacturer is? And can they be reloded?

S&B is in Eastern Europe. Their metallic ammo is highly regarded and quite reloadable. The hard part for you is finding some load recipes. Nowadays it can be hard to find 16 gauge load recipes for Winchester, as I discovered.

You'd have to post some details, like skived, ribbed, high basewad or low, fiber or plastic, or compression formed, tapered or constant thickness hull, etc. Even then you'll probably be reduced to finding an equivalent Fed, Win or Rem and hoping that works.

So yes, they are probably reloadable, but doing so safely without a pressure gun in a ballistics lab, well, that's another matter.
