I read on the LPG that Solo 1250 is about to be discontinued. I managed to find several 8# bottles but the price seems pretty stiff ($150 per 8#) It has been a while (over a year) since I've bought this powder but that seems a bit high. Comments please.

WAY too much money for a powder that is nothing special. Let it go.
Green Dot, Universal, PB and Unique are at least as good and are cheaper.
Gamaliel's sells 8 lber's of Green Dot and Unique for $99.95, even with the HAZMAT fee it is cheaper than the Solo 1250. Additionally there is more data for Green Dot and Unique. |
