Guys,
Just wanted to say what a pleasant surprise this morning as I was emailing J&P Springs On the S002 kit for my Citori. Yesterday I dismantled the gun for cleaning and decided to put the new springs in that I had purchased last fall. Upon looking the kit over I discovered that the firing pin return spring in the kit was larger than the one in the gun. So back to today as I sent an email to J&P in regards to the dilemma, it seemed I had just sent it off and I wasn't even off the web sight when my phone rang. Well guess who, Jim Flynn himself, I was impressed to say the least. He had made comment of the issue at hand and said that this has been an issue with the Citori. I have a 525 Sporting Clays, and have read of this problem with the featherweights. But to have a phone call within minutes of the email, now that's customer service. Jim is indeed a pleasure to talk to and takes the time to explain things to you while giving some hints to improve performance.
Definitely a class act and grateful for the patronage with his business.
These are the kind of people that make business transactions a snap.
Smiling today,
Charlie |
