Hey Brad:
I went to the sxs shoot at this location last year (different outfit running the show) and had a good time despite the high prices. I was planning to go again this year, but now I can't get away Thursday/Friday. I will solice myself at a DU sporting clays shoot at Nilo Farms on Saturday (that weekend) instead.
Northbrook is a nice club, the sporting clays targets were set nicely, and they have LOTS of skeet and trap fields. The 5-stand last year was good (just too pricey).
Hearing what Hal has said about this year's event, I am sure it will be great fun. I'd like to win that DeHaan shotgun..... |

This should be a great event. All the positive features from last year are being built upon by the host club--but the rates have been pegged at a Mid-West acceptable level. No one will feel they are being gouged!
There will be shooting events for everyone. And there is a special 16 gauge only event! We are giving a DeHaan 16 ga SxS as a door prize for those shooting this event.
Do hope you will join us! |
