Found 2 flats (cases) of Estate 16 ga. 2 1/2 gram Eq. , 2 3/4 inch,
1 oz. 7 1/2 shot. they are asking $ 47.98 per flat plus tax.
Thats about $ 5.18 per box.
I asked if they had any more or were going to get more. The sales person said " I know Nothing !"
Cabelas in KC had no reloading suplies for 16 ga. either.
By the way ...the two cases are still there !...Help your self. |

That's not a real bargain by any means, but then prices for the 16ga "promo" loads seem to be going up. Stopped in the local WalMart today and found several boxes of Aussie Winchesters--$5.14 per box. That was about 50 cents more expensive than the same shells in 12 or 20. Yet another good reason to reload. |

I bought 16 ga. Winchester Super X promo #8's last weekend at Big R in Warsaw, Indiana for $3.99/box, with the 12 ga shells, same brand, at only $3.39 for #8's. The cheapest I can find the Remington black hull Game Loads now is about $3.79...... |

I expect to see a continued increase in the price of shotgun ammunition. The price of lead is going up. I definately see it when I buy shot for reloading.

I am an omnipresent force here! So straighten up and fly right! [b]
Let me know after this weekend if that Beretta SxS 16 doesn't fit you. (Few people can shoot both the Beretta and Browning well!) Luckily, I am one of those people and would be willing to take it off your hands at a very slight loss!
