Interesting discussion.

A question for you Matt. I am left eye dominant as well and strongly right-handed, so shooting lefty is not an option for me. What do you do to take out your dominant eye?

I keep both eyes open approaching the target and then just before shooting, wink at the target to line it up and fire. I have done this so long that it's virtually unconcious on my part. I don't know if this is the best way, but it seems to work pretty well for me. (Brad 6260 can attest to me being a fair shot on the birds... I think... if not, well, he knows what will happen to him... LOL).

Seriously though I have thought about trying the dot on the dominant eye of my shooting glasses, and also thought of trying out one of those sight blinder target beads. Have you or anyone else with this tried either of these? Which would you recommend?

Cheers,

Brad
