While I've been taken to task for critisism of poor customer service, and being off topic. I've just got to post when I get awesome service(and not just at the drive thru at micky D's)
Called Ugly Dog hunting(in deference to TJC's pup's) and ordered a new blaze shirt from the close out section and a pair of the turtle skin chaps(snake proof, hahahaTJC) for the rev's little shinding, and general summer training. Got a call center like I expected, they took the order, and did a good job. I was a little bummed as I had hoped to talk to a staff person there, but relized it's off season and they are a small compay besides.
So I shot a email off to the place. Great call center service, but I was bummed that I didn't get to speak to some one there. bla bla bla.
20 min's later I get a call at the office from teh president of the company.
Got your email, it's summer, small company bla bla bla. then he told me anytime I want to call, here's the direct #. I will use these guys again, and suggest you guys do also.

I have also been treated real well by these guy's.
Went through a few returns to get the size right on some shirts last fall and they were a pleasure to deal with.

Good to hear that.
Three of my favorites for customer service have been Cabela's, Lion Country Supply and Sierra Trading Post. |

Used to get their catalog but haven't seen one in a while; guess that's what happens when you never buy anything ! Always liked their name, though! |

This is good to know; I'll have to check them out. Also, I second MGF on Sierra Trading Post. I've bought dozens of items from them through the years and have never had a bad experience. |
