Hey Dave, Are you entered or just going to attend? I would love to go and shoot, but the current schedule isn't going to allow it. How far a drive is the site from the bridge? |

I don't remember the drive for sure, maybe 3 to 4 hrs west of the bridge.
I'm not shooting the events. I'll be there shooting the side events,all day Friday. Then shooting again Sat. Drooling over all the nice guns. Visiting and learning from the older guys. I meet so many great, knowledgable people last year it was great. Then we stick around for the dinner Sat. night. |

I'll be there again this year. Works out well for me, because my long-time hunting buddy has family in Crystal Falls, which is just down the road from Channing. I visit the UP twice a year anyhow, some fishing in the summer, grouse and woodcock in the fall. It's a great shoot. But believe it or not, I may not have a 16 with me up there this year. |

I meet you last year Larry. We where over by the 5 stand. You had your bore gauge, and were measuring chokes for people. I was with the Parker contingent. |
