I have owned 3 Novas and love them. Would like to find another but much easier to find guns rust-free. The Hatchbacks are perfect birdwagons and about 40 grand less than a Suburban. Plus, lots of hotrod parts left when the body falls off! My favorite car, a '38 Chevy, rides on a Nova subframe.
A 37 year old 37, now that floats my boat. And my bride worries about my driving with these kind of pilots around?? She's Lucky. Smile The tomato juice showers brought back wonderful memories of my Irish Setter Harry, which also made me think you guys might be right about my Lab. Glad I joined up!!

In my early youth (before I had a chance to mispend any of it) my father owned an Irish Setter that considered it his right and privledge to screw with every skunk he ever encountered. My father swears that when you got the dog wet, you could faintly smell skunk on him, years after the dog was too old to join us in the woods. He rode home in the trunk of Dad's 1964 Olds 98 on just a few too many occasions. Not a bad bird dog, but, not a real good one, either.
Best,
Ted

I hope you guys installed a navigator's observation bubble off an old B-29 on the trunk lid so the dog could at least enjoy the view. Laughing
