TJ, no prob, sorry, was just poking fun and answering the "Bring It on"...maybe hackle raising was the wrong term, more like...time for the snowball skirmish... Smile

16gg, I dig almost all Shotguns, even singleshots, but if I were limited to (GOD FORBID) one shotgun, it would definitely be a oo, especially if her name was Elsie...unfortunately haven't found THE ONE so the Citoris & Co will have to do....and I won't complain too loudly.

huns...Go fer broke!...I hear you on the eatin'...we should all get together for sixteen sxs shootin, steaks, single-malt and stogies! Cool

Citori,
No problem, bring it on. LOL

No stogies for me and the single will most likely make me go to sleep. Now the shootin and eatin, that's right up my alley. Very Happy

This looks like a 16 gauge gathering taking shape. Hopefully not in New England though by reading where most of you guys live, that's where it will probably be. I'm traveling from Florida to central Michigan to judge a bird dog trial on July 15th. Anywhere between FL and MI during mid July would work for me. I'll bring lots of stogies.

Citori16, you want to be the den leader and set up a little swaray?
XVI16 what route do you use to get to Mi?
I'll get the map out and see what might work.

You know, I don't believe he said. But I hope I can pick up 2 Parkers and a Sterlyworth while he's gone. Just to get him going. Laughing

I could be up for a meet, greet, and shoot somewhere in the midwest. All depends on the time and location. Working road consruction, never know how much time I can get off, this time of year. Mad

The Rev must be using fin's Lear. My Gulfstream is in the hangar for a TBO engine swap out.

I would love to, but not right now as the home projects have become my albatross Crying or Very sad ...not to mention the kids' activities...I can get away occasionally so if anything local pops up I will see what I can do...a couple of clubs around me do some rinky-dink S/C, I'll post here for anybody near enough to SE Connecticut....would love to do a get together though..

XVI16, or anyone else, I may be down in Tallahassee for the Holiday week, hope to get into some Quail or even ducks when I go...my inlaws are down there, but right now we're only threatening them with an appearance Wink

The top one looks like a Diamond grade '97 16 ga. That would be my pick if I didn't already have a good 37 16. it too is a Browning design. The '93 and '97 guns are also slick as grease on a doorknob.

Those are Walt's; he was on this thread earlier. Nice guns! By the way, you guys know me well enough to know I ain't got nothing as modern as a Learjet; it's a Stearman Staggerwing! The Rev ought to be getting there about a week from Thursday!
