I offer for sale my Browning Citori 525 16 gauge Sporting with 32” barrels. I purchased this shotgun new in 2007. I have put approximately 750 rounds through the gun. In 2009 I sent the gun to Midwest Gunworks because I experienced a few failures-to-fire with Remington Game Loads. I never had the issue with any other brand of ammo. Midwest corrected the issue (under Browning’s warranty) and since the shotgun was returned to me I have not experienced a recurrence of the problem.
This is a very nice shooting gun and I have received several compliments on how the gun handles. However, I am primarily an upland bird hunter so I would like to sell this shotgun to finance another 16 gauge for my upland pursuits. The sale will include the shotgun, the 5 Browning Midas choke tubes that came with the gun, the multiple fiberoptic light tubes, the spare triggers, and the owner’s manual. I do not have the original box or the chamber locks. I examined the gun when I took the pictures and I did not see any blemish, the shotgun still looks to me like it did when it came from Browning. The wood on this shotgun is beautiful with very pronounced tiger stripping on the buttstock. I have always used grease on the hinges and wear points and the gun has been stored oiled and in a dehumidified safe in a gun sock.
The price is $2400 shipped to your FFL. Please make sure your FFL will accept firearm shipments from an individual. I will need to verify your FFL in some manner. If you live in Central Kentucky we can do a friend-to-friend sale in person. Payment will be either certified check or USMO. I am not interested in trades. If you send a certified check or USMO I will ship once I receive your payment. Obviously I do not have many posts on 16gauge.com but I have an established account on gunbroker and you can view my A+ feedback under the same user name (WildcatAg). I will not sell to anyone living where this item is prohibited or to anyone who cannot legally own a firearm in their home state. This shotgun is fully functionally but I do not imply any warranty on my part for the sale. If you are interested please contact me through the site PM. This is the only place I have the shotgun listed for sale. If there is no interest here I will probably list on gunbroker.
I should also note that I will not be able to ship the gun December 26-31 so if I do not receive payment prior to December 21 I will not be able to ship the gun out until the first of the year.

Sir, the short answer is. . . . I'm not sure.
According to Browning their shotguns do not have cast from the factory.

However, when I examine the stock on this shotgun, it does appear to have a slight amount of cost-off. I have attempted to take some pictures from the rear of the shotgun looking towards the tang. I apologize on the quality of the pictures but the sun has set here and this is the best lighting I have.
