I noticed an advertisement anouncing that CZ is making their O/U in 16 gauge. Has any one seen one yet? The price seems right, about the same as the Verona. |

That must be something new. The sxs (both Ringneck and Bobwhite) are just starting to show up in 16ga, but even the latest catalog doesn't show a 16ga OU. |

Haven't seen one yet--they will have to compete with Remington's Spartan line--I bought one and am pleased with it ---Rough at first but nothing a little powdered graphite won't heal---Not a Browning but a good deal for the money invested-excellent hunting/brush gun--Dang Scolari you'll need full chokes for them ducks and geese |

Larry, you are right. It was an add for the SxS. Maybe that was wishful thinking on my part of just a senior moment. |

Scolari,
I have handled the earlier Armsco / Huglu sideplate over/under in 16 ga. It's the same gun CZ offers now in thier woodcock series, they just don't offer the 16 yet. It was a nice gun, a little heavy maybe, but fit/finish was really good and it did swing nicely. It seems like the 28inch barreled Turkish guns just don't handle as well as other brands. I love thier 26inch models, I have a couple in thier SxS's, the 28 unfortunately is what I'd really like and I have one, but it is just a little heavy up front in the balance department. The 16 ga. O/U are being made I can assure you of that, you may just have to find a Armsco / Huglu instead of a CZ /Huglu. Or like the other fellow said, DeHann has them.
