Cabelas Scarborough got in a large quantity of their Herters' 16 ga shells, maybe 20 or 30 flats, most of them with #6 shot. |

Who knows. I think the supply chain is still staggering from the events of the last 2 years and stuff gets out in fits and starts.
By way of comparison, first thing Saturday morning the same store had ample supplies of 5.56, 9mm and 45ACP in different brands, loadings and prices- full shelves, really - but exactly 8 @ 50 rd boxes of the low-end Blazer 22LR (2.99) and 4 @ 50 rd of a pricier 22 LR (4.99 ea).
The deer's still moving through the python, but hopefully it's almost all the way through. |

The scared cat hoarders are not finished yet. Give them a chance to add more to the underground bunker and they're standing in line to fill up the wagon. My last experience was a guy with 40 boxes of 9mm ammo at a big box store. He was prepared to defend his hoard when the gummint comes to take his guns away. |
