I am going to load some Nice shot non tox loads this weekend. Does this shot require a buffer media? Does bismuth or itx? I need a few for some pheasants, using 5 shot.
It sure has a funny shape, I'll pattern a few. |

Brittanies, and English setters (Can't Go Wrong, Shadow Oak Bo, Skyhawks breeding)!
I use a Parker DHE vintage 1906 (just a shooter, nothing fancy), and because it has a repaired stock, want to use low pressure |

Great dogs, great gun, awesome
The 6,000 psi loads should do the trick

1oz of #5 Nice Shot at about 1300fps is what I use for non-toxic pheasant in my 1919 mfd Parker Trojan 2.5" chambers.
I do not use anything but sporting 16 or z16 wad, and shot.
Loads like lead, patterns like lead and kills like lead. |
