I have got my 12 ga Ponsness Warren shell feeder to work with 16 GA.
Loved how the PW loaded 12ga shells and the engineer in me needed to make it work with 16 ga.
The only part I needed to make was a sleeve to fit around the shell seating ram.
The hopper/collator worked fine with an adjustment to the stop switch arm.
The specs for the sleeve are
ID .835
OD .939
Height .475
The top rim is beveled so that the hull starts to fall into the sleeve when it gets to the edge of the 12 ga sleeve.
I purchased a 12 in aluminum pipe with an id of .835 and turned it down to the correct OD then beveled the top edge with a dremel.
This may work for 20 ga with the correct id for the sleeve.
Now I am working on a Flare Tools because PW does not make them in 16 ga |

Hi Haweaterhal.
I converted my RCBS Grand 12 ga to 16ga. in a afternoon. Didnt need a lath either. Was able to do it by hand. Been using it for almost a year now. I can change from 2-3/4 to 2-9/16 or 2-1/2 in a matter of minutes. |

It was a 800 plus but the mod was to the Hull feeder not the press so it should work on any press the hull feeder works with. |
