I have loaded one box with the following
Winchester XPert Hulls
19.7gr.Universal
Win 209 Primers
G/Bp Wads
1.0oz. #9
Any comments or suggestions I have not tried them yet |

Is it a published load ? If it is , shoot it and see how you like it .

Not published for Winchester XPert hulls it is published for chedite hulls.I have read that Winchester hulls are made by Chedite. I loaded that box thinking it was the Winchester recipe than relized it was the Chedite recipe. My concern is are they safe to shoot. |

If the Xpert hulls have the separate plastic base wad , you should be fine . |

When I cut one open it appears to have a separate white colored cup. Is that what your referring too.
