Got a call today from a buddy who has been out of town settling his late father's estate.- said he had a couple of boxes of 16 gauge for me if Ii wanted them- like, DUUUH!
So, I go over this evening and THIS is what he gives me!!
Get a load of the price!!
This Remington box is serious ammo, big drams equivalent!!
However, I think I may just keep it on the shelf for a while.

Am I reading that right...3-1/2 dram equivalent? I don't think I've ever shot or seen more than 3-1/4 DE!

Oh yeah , big stuff for sure!
I have another box that I got from a friend with 3 1/2 desk loads as well, but it's a box of C.I.L. Canucks I think

When the game bird needs that much shot I prefer to use a 12 ga, but those heavy loads are useful to have along when you have the 16 and one of those big birds begs to be shot.
