WOW!! 40 cents a hull or about $10.00 for 25.
Herter's AMMO is way less than that

You'll notice I did not buy them. It's not like they're AACF hulls that can be reloaded 30 or 40 times and pattern better than any other hull!

I agree with JNW on reloading life. Most of my experience with ACTIV hulls comes with 2.75 12 gauge hulls that I reloaded for open water duck hunting back in the day. After 2-4 loads, my Benelli 90 literally pulled them apart upon firing, leaving the tube in the chamber. Not good when one is in knee deep water and the ducks are flying. Not the same plastic as Win CF, that's for sure! |

Really??? 30 or 40 times, with the same hulls??? Actually, I don't believe it. Now I'm not saying you're untruthful- I'm just saying 30 or 40 times to reload a hull is way beyond what I have experienced. |

At the guns show in Syracuse two years ago I bought 8 boxes of loaded Active #6 for $10 a box of 25. New not reloads. These hulls are way to high. |

Well, the way that AACF hulls are lauded over I thought they must be good for that many reloads, they'll make you more attractive and build self esteem! Apparently my attempt at humor failed. I'll go home now.

The Activ hulls sold in a day. Guess they were worth a lot to someone. As long as they're happy I'm happy.

Come on fellas, if you have a need for Active hulls and since no more are being made, and if, like me, you are excessive compulsive, then this is OK
I KNOW , in the past, most of us have paid a premium on something that we REALLY wanted
I hope the Old Colonel (one of our active members) really enjoys the hulls and has a great time with them.

They are still being made, but you'll have to go to Argentina. The dove fields there are littered with them. |

I'm glad someone found some hulls they wanted. I have so many 16 gauge hulls in my garage it's almost embarrassing. Almost.
So, how much would it cost to ship a container of hulls back to the States? I smell an opportunity!
