Hornady no longer manufactures 16ga wad guides or (the steel) wad guide body parts for the 366 loader.
I tried 12ga parts and that didn't work very well. I tried 16ga P-W wad guides and that didn't work well either.
I went out to the shop yesterday and heavily modified the parts that I have. It looks crude, but I finally have something that works - and (if I may say so) works very well.
Have you crossed this bridge and if so, what did you do to overcome it? |

I also have spare parts. I bought a lot at an auction one time that had a 366 20 ga loader and a bunch of parts then I bought a 366 16 gauge that also came with a bunch of parts. I think I have a complete set of 12 ga dies as well but have never really sorted through everything. I have not used any of it for years so I should sell the lot of it but have not taken the time.
