Aint it great to have a web site of our own where we're not harassed by the "12 gauge rules" crowd!
We are free to be as intoxicated by, and as goofy about, our admiration of the 16 gauge as we want to be!
Three cheers for 16ga.com! |

Yes, its great! I love wearing my 16ga cap and carrying my 16 gauge society shell bag at the gun club. I get some strange looks and comments.

True confession time: Although I love my 16 Parker a lot and my hunting partner only shoot the 16 Janssen that I sold him; I still shoot a Parker 12 more often than the 16ga.In my opinion, what makes this site so great is all the fine folks that use it.I gave up a long time ago on other shotgun discussion boards; too anal or too pompous, I'll stick to 16GA.You can still get all the tech info that you need without the" Einstein "answer and the sarcasm. Thanks to everyone!!!! |

I've always said the 16 is a gentleman's gauge. I love my 16ga society range bag; it holds enough ammo for a day of shooting, plus all my choke tubes, wrenches etc. I get comments from squadmates ranging from complimentary to moronic, ie. "What's that, a 20 gauge?" arrrg! |
