Seeing those boxes bring back memories.
Ive got an old 50cal box that was my grandads. Its full of old winchester 16ga shells of that era and some earlier. When i was little i would go in his room and open that box and it had a special smell. I now have that box along with his 50's sweet sixteen.

| I know that smell...my father had my grandfathers old army foot locker packed full of those boxes when I was a kid. I remember sneaking a box here and there when I couldn't scrounge the money for my own to go hunting with my old 16ga 870. Still have the gun, and now I have what's left of all those boxes, can't bring myself to shoot any of them though... |

| I'm sad that I've used up the boxes of the Super X MK 5 that I got from Dad, in the exact same load as pictured here. Did very well with them on pheasants. |
