Just the missus and I and we have a 21 lb turkey and a prime rib!
I'm not sure how that happened but the dogs will be grateful also!

I hope everyone here had a great Thanksgiving Day. Mine was wonderful. Here's why.
I made a wise decision to re-join my old sportsmen's club in October. I am very happy to find many of my old friends are still there. A handful of old single guys and divorcees like me and several older married couples w/o close by relatives gathered for a Thankgiving feast at the club. We had a really great time catching up and retelling old funny stories about each other and old friends now gone. Of course, we had really delicious roast turkey and baked ham w/ all the fixings plus desserts.
I'm happy to be back home w/ old friends. My pants are also once again, too snug.  |
