The new Sweet 16 is this year's post-election AR-15! Apparently those bidders don't know that there are several Buy It Now guns on Gunbroker for $1,699. You just can't make this stuff up.
Regards,
Jeff

Crazy world. I'll be happy with mine in mid January at a price much less than $2,000. I hope that whoever gets one at that premium price is very excited and happy with it.

Starting thinking about a youth gun for my children. Anyone know if they plan to offer a youth stock for the new sweet? Be great to take advantage of the browning growth insurance plan.

Reminds me of the CSMC RBL16 introductory pre distribution/ incentive price vs prices a year or so later.

Any one pull their mid bead off like Randy Wakeman said you needed to so it doesn't obscure the front bead ??

Replace both beads with set screws, point of focus should be on the bird/target. Proper gun fit will do the rest!

No! Wakeman must be an "aimer" because you need to be sighting flat down the rib for the mid bead to obscure the front sight. In that case you have no rib whatsoever in your periphery feeding your subliminal.

Like 16'er said, eye on bird.

I always thought that two beads should be stacked so they look like a figure 8. That is if you bother to look at them which I don't.

I've read that the new sweet comes with a fiber optic front bead? If true, it's coming off mine!

It really doesn't matter to me as I never see them , I was just wondering if anybody found the same thing as RW . Which I thought was a bunch of crap to begin with.

RW is woefully uninformed concerning a number of things and touting a personal opinion as a matter of fact is on par for his ramblings. Take anything that guy writes with several grains of salt. It is glaringly obvious he does't understand the engineering behind the DS chokes/barrel dynamics, for starters.

I'm with Dave, don't aim the gun, see the target-shoot the target.

I just don't like the ugly (to me) thing on there.
