I just disected a new, Herter's Factory 16 gauge load of 5s, 1 1/8 ounce. I've never seen this 16 gauge wad before.

I don't think this wad is available in the USA?

I found a link to a reloading supply house in Europe and it looks like it's call a Cheddite Drago 16/25.

Here's the linkhttp://www.siarm.com/product_info.php?cPath=2_24_32_43&products_id=2899&osCsid=ec62ab74f76febaf8210e49c0402e74e

The photo in this link looks like the wad in my hand.

Can anyone verify this info for me?

Thanks,
Lon

Lon , I took one apart awhile back and it looks like the wad you are talking about . The mid section is different than 1632 Grafs sells .

Wow -- Left wad with oval and horns looks like Cheddite is copying some features of the Gualandi wads. Looks like a good high capacity wad, anyway. Would be nice to have.

Ooh, a wad for straight walled hulls actually holding over an ounce of shot. How do we get some?
Thanks,
Jeff
