Buying, selling, trading, and gifting has left me with nothing but 16's at the moment. |

I only shoot my gamekeeper's gun, a French guild BLNE 16 when I train dogs or shoot for dog events. Works for me |

I currently have two 12's and two 16's, all Husky hammer guns. The 12's are a skeet gun and a heavy field gun. Variety is indeed the spice of life. |

It seems prudent to own a commoner's gauge, and although I'm not much of a prude I have a 20 and a couple 12s. I gave a friend my LT-20 1100 for his son but it turned into a trade when he insisted I take a .270 in exchange. Shortly after, I picked up a Beretta 303 in 20 and it's become a skeet gun. Cases of ammo for 55 bux help soothe the guilt. I also inherited a Beretta S58 Trap gun, so between it and a Super-X M1 set up for Skeet and Trap my off-gauges are target guns. Except for the fact the 303 is useful for hunting as well and can handle steel shot when it is required.
A 16ga 303 would be a nice gun, I think. |
