If you are willing to use factory ammo, see the topic for B&P ammo that was just started. The B&P #6 shot I've checked in the past measured about .105. I didn't check hardness, but they patterned like quality shot.

WYO , in the latest BPI internet catalog , they have their nickel plated shot listed on sale . The 6.5 is in the middle of the listing , but the big part is , they list the aim diameters of each size . It may allow you to match what you are looking for .
